The Work of Us™ is about how people move together, and that has to include everyone. We want every visitor to be able to use this site, read our content, and reach us, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

Our standard

We’re working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means we aim for:

• Text and background colours with enough contrast to read comfortably
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• A site you can navigate with a keyboard alone
• Clearly labelled forms and buttons
• Captions or transcripts for our video content
• Pages that work with screen readers and zoom up to 200%

Where we’re still working

We’re a small team, and accessibility is ongoing work. Some older content, embedded videos, and downloadable PDFs may not yet fully meet this standard. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Ask us for another format

If anything on this site is hard for you to access, or you need a resource in a different format (such as a plain-text or large-print version of a download), email us. We’ll respond within five business days and work with you to get you what you need.

If you’re booking a session, keynote, or workshop, tell us about any accessibility needs. We’ll plan for them together.
