Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
The work we do is built on trust. This policy explains what information Culture Check Inc. (“Culture Check,” “we”) collects through culturecheck.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, or sign up for updates, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email, organization, role, and your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, general location (city or region), and how you arrived. This data is not used to identify you personally.
- Advertising data (if you consent). We may use advertising tools from platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn to show our content to people who have visited our site. These tools use cookies or similar technology, and we only turn them on with your consent.
Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you ask for
- To schedule and follow up on calls, sessions, and engagements
- To send you emails, only if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- To reach people who’ve shown interest in our work, if you’ve accepted advertising cookies
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google Analytics (site analytics)
- HubSpot (forms, call booking, contact management, and email)
- Advertising platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn (only with your consent)
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored there may be accessible to authorities under that country’s laws.
Cookies
We use cookies to make the site work, to measure traffic, and, if you agree, for advertising. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
We only send marketing emails to people who have said yes. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour requests within 10 business days. We may still reply to messages you send us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure, password-protected accounts and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails
